June 2003

We continue our saga of the longest Cobra build in history (well...maybe not THE longest). Scott is back from school for the summer, so we can make some real progress. Scott made a list of some of our remaining tasks and we still have a lot to do:

We did make a little progress over the winter when Scott was home on breaks, but this was mostly working with the machine shop to tweak parts for the throttle control and make sure they were getting our other parts done.

We also did some trial fitting of parts - seat mounting brackets, throttle pedal stops, oil filter bracket, etc. - and found a few minor problems which were corrected with tweaks to the parts.

We are moving into a new house at the end of this month which has a much larger workshop space, so we have to get the car buttoned up to the point where we can move it.
